Tribal enhancement and Federal research Net Pen general permit


We invite you to comment on the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) request for 401 water quality certifications on the Tribal enhancement and Federal research Net Pen general permit.


We ask for your feedback on what water quality conditions we should consider to make sure EPA’s permit meet Washington state’s water quality standards.
