The Department of Ecology (Ecology) is overseeing a cleanup of the Othello Square – Holly Park Cleanup Site in the Othello neighborhood.

We would like your comments on the following documents:

• Prospective Purchaser Consent Decree (PPCD): a legal agreement that directs the purchaser(s) to implement cleanup at the site and provides the purchaser(s) a settlement of liability.
• Public Participation Plan: a document that explains how people can participate in the cleanup process.

Department of Ecology (Ecology)正在监督Othello附近的Othello 广场——Holly Park清理现场的清理工作。

我们希望您就以下文件发表意见：

Department of Ecology (Ecology) đang giám sát việc dọn dẹp Địa Điểm Cần Dọn Dẹp Othello Square – Holly Park tại khu dãn cư Othello. 

Chúng tôi mong nhận được ý kiến đóng góp của quý vị về các tài liệu sau:

• Văn Bản Chấp Thuận Của Người Mua Tiềm Năng (Prospective Purchaser Consent Decree, PPCD): một thỏa thuận pháp lý chỉ đạo người mua thực hiện việc dọn dẹp tại địa điểm và cung cấp cho người mua một khoản thanh toán trách nhiệm pháp lý.
• Kế Hoạch Tham Gia Của Công Chúng (Public Participation Plan): tài liệu giải thích cách mọi người có thể tham gia vào quá trình dọn dẹp.
