Microsoft EAT02-09 Data Center Campus

We invite you to comment on availability of the revised State Waste Discharge Application for Microsoft EAT02-09 Data Center Campus, Temporary Permit No. ST0501334, request to add EAT04-09 to their temporary permit.


The revised application may be viewed at the Department of Ecology (Department) website: https://apps.ecology.wa.gov/paris/FacilitySummary.aspx?FacilityId=40832.


Following evaluation of the application and other available information, a draft permit will be developed which would allow the discharge of a maximum of 151,670 gallons per day of non-contact cooling water without additives to Douglas County Sewer Distrct (East Wenatchee) from its facility located at 901 Urban Industrial Way, East Wenatchee, WA. All discharges to be in compliance with the Department of Ecology's Water Quality Standards for a permit to be issued.
